Matalan vs Primark

I was in Matalan today, and i had a look around, and, there was nothing catcing my eye. To be honest i think that the clothes in Matalan probably are aimed at the more sophisticated type which i am fine with, however, there was NOTHING there for teenagers our age. They obviously havent done research. I also went to Primark (again) to look and see whether Primark had done any better than Matalan.

I was right, as when i walked in, this outfit AMAZED me! The cutest outfit to wear this season, and Primark has got it right on trend!!! I guess all i can say is yet again Primark is the best!

Overall best shops

I went to a few shops recently such as: New Look, River Island, Internacional, H&M, Primark and Topshop on the same day. It came to my realisation that all of these shops that aim at teenagers all have a different perspective of what a teenaged girl wants. I began at River Island, where i looked for a bag for daytime and also school, however the only problem i encountered was that the cheapest bag, a small mini clutch, was priced at £24.99. I looked at the others, and i spotted a really nice floral bag that had a lot of space, but yet again, it was priced quite high at £44. River Island is a brilliant shop that gives you what you want and also their clothes are very flattering, but i will reccomend to go there once you have saved up. I then went on to New Look, one of my favourite stores. Once i was in there, i realised they gave you everything you would ask for at a very reasonable price. I looked in every section especially Generation and i had spotted that they don't focus on one style but they provide a variety of different styles. If you like floral garments and clothes i advise you to go into New Look. After that i entered H&M, and i spotted a different portrayal of what teenagers want. Their clothes were very elegant, and i realised that they provide a lot of nautical clothes. It was another shop that i found quite pricey but i really liked their bags. I then went on to Internacional, which i must admit was a bit of a let down, their clothes are nice i just don't think they are very flattering on me or any other people. That is all i have to say on them and i was quite dissapointed. I then went to Topshop, hoping for better clothes and i found a lot of amazing clothes! There clothes were very in this season, and i was suprised by how they had obviously researched what teenagers want. Yet again Topshop was very expensive, however you would be spending your money on good clothes. My last shop i went to was Primark and i was very suprised at how the clothes were! I enjoyed it in Primark and i bought a bag for school that had heaps of room and was reduced to £3! BARGAIN!! If you are looking for Brogues and Ballet pumps, definetly go to Primark. Primark knows what the customer wants in fashion, and Primark was the overall best shop for me!

Barry m make up

I am obsessed with make up, and one of my favourites is Barry M! I love their eye dusts, their lipsticks and their nail polishes, and that includes the new crackle effect. It looks amazing on top of any nail polish especially a gold if you like leopard skin. the best colours to use are a pale lilac, a bright pink or a sea green. I think that this make up is purely brilliant!

Fashion fever

Fashion! One of those things you can not get bored of. I have many inspirations for this fever of mine, however one that truly stands out is Pixie Lott. Her quirky choice of style creates a wonderful festival look. Her boho style and amazing hair styles makes her a rolemodel of fashion. As i am one of those girls who wishes for her looks she produces, i can not wait to go and see her lipsy line of clothing!

The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephanie Meyer

This book was amazing. Full of all the mysterious qualities of vampires, with romance involved. This small hard-back makes all girls and women wish that they are these creatures that you easily fall in love with. By the second page, i was drawn into those thin pages. It all begins with Bree, this young 12 year old who is created (bitten) by Riley, a man who falls in love and is also bitten by Victoria. Bree gradually learns that not all of Riley's tales are true, most of them lies. She also learns that this group of vampires are in total danger. Sad, heartfelt and exciting this book boosts you to full belief of all mythical creatures. I think it deserves 5 out of 5 because of how it brings me and i expect most girls from my age to 70 to tears!
